Whether you just graduated from college or have been strategically renting for the last 20 years, it is never too early or too late to learn about the home buying process.
During this consultation, we'll go over and clarify the steps of the home buying process. More importantly, we can start brainstorming some ideas specifically for you.
And if you're thinking, "Well, I don't need this, I don't think I'm going to buy for a couple of years." Think again. First of all, a couple of years will be here before you know it. And secondly, our brainstorming will help you focus your home buying stategy and vision. By default, the next few years will be great research.

This is my favorite service that I am able to offer clients. A home evaluation, otherwise known as a Comparative Market Analysis, is wonderful tool that tells you the value of your home.
As an agent, I recommend that my family, friends, and neighbors have these done every year or so.
Unfortunately, the estimations provided by many online sites are inaccurate as they do not reflect local market trends well.
Especially if you've toyed with the idea of selling now or in the next year or so, you definitely want one of these. I can provide this to you in person, over the phone, or even by email.
